We want to ensure that you have a fantastic experience with Dark&Volfram. For this reason we've created a simple, no bullshit exchange policy.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your ring, you can return it hassle-free in exchange for another size or style within 90 days of your delivery date. But feel free to reach out to us first in email or on social media to let us know why, so we can better suit your needs in the future.
Exchanges
If you love your ring (and we think you will) but didn’t get the size quite right the first time, no worries. We’re more than happy to help you with a size exchange within 90 days of delivery. Ultimately, we’ll be sure to take care of any needs or concerns you may have.
Warranty
Dark&Volfram products have a full one year warranty. This will cover anything caused by a manufacturing error, but does not cover scratches or other damage by lack of proper care. To learn how to best preserve your ring, see our blog post/preservation guide.

If you would like to make an exchange, when you have a chance, go ahead and ship
your ring in a padded envelope to the address below:

Please include a note inside your package with the following:
1. Order Number
2. Name
3. The new size you need
This will give our fulfillment team the information they need to process the exchange smoothly for you. Your exchange should be on its way back to you within about 2-3 business days from the time we receive your first order. We'll send you an email once the package has been received on our end. Please keep in mind that we occasionally experience minor backorders for certain sizes, so we'll be sure to let you know as soon as possible if this is the case for your exchange. Once your exchange has been shipped, you'll see another shipping confirmation with a tracking number in your email.
